My goodbyes began that whole week but it was the worst Sunday and Monday for sure! Here is one picture of just Melissa, Bitsy, and I. It was such an emotional Sunday.... and saying goodbye to my amazing friends was so awful! I miss them so much already!
So lets start with some of the packing. About a week before the move I began started packing... and it was quite the process. You never realize how much stuff (CLOTHES) you have until you have to pack it in boxes. My clothes were all packed in the vacuum bags and they were amazing!!! They did work great until half of them popped as the pressure changed! But they still worked great!

We were all packed and on the road by about 6 am on Monday! We drove through Vegas before lunch and stopped in Saint George. We then had our last In-n-out burger!! :(
I love how as soon as you pass the border into Utah the land totally changes!
These are the BEAUTIFUL thunder heads in Utah. I love Utah and this part I hadn't ever been through.
\We had planned on stopping in Beaver Utah after driving about 8 hours but we decided to keep going!!! We made it to Green River Utah which made our trip the next day way shorter!
The thunder heads let go and then it poured and poured. It was so amazing how hard and fast it started to rain. Once in Colorado for a few days though we have started expecting it everyday!

We finally settled down in a holiday inn at about 8 and headed to dinner in a little sports bar that had the BEST chicken ever... And i'm not kidding. Both my dad and I said so! I had only had a few hours of sleep and my dad was going off of one, yes ONE hour of sleep! So when we finally hit the pillow we were out like a light.
And that was our first day!
